WE ARE
WOMEN-OWNED
KEEPER Denim is a women owned business and we make ethical and sustainable jeans for women. We are a small, Australian team who are passionate about denim and creating jeans that make women feel confident.
WE ARE
AUSTRALIAN MADE
We are proud to be Australian made and owned. Each pair of our ethical jeans is handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia in a facility accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia.
This accreditation ensures the facility is transparent and legally compliant with Australian workplace laws. This means that all the workers in our supply chain are being paid appropriately and have safe working conditions.
OUR JEANS ARE
VEGAN
At KEEPER Denim, we love all animals which is why all our ethical jeans are PETA-Approved Vegan. This certifies our jeans are made without the use of any animal products including leather, silk, wool and cashmere.
Our sustainable denim is constructed from cruelty-free fibres including organic cotton and recycled materials, that respect our planet. The brand patch on the back of each pair of our jeans is made from a unique material called Jacron, which is a sustainable vegan alternative to leather, made from cellulose.
WE ARE
CARBON NEUTRAL
We are passionate about sustainability and it is at the heart of everything that we do. From sourcing raw materials, to packaging each order that we send out to you, we are always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the planet.
That’s why we offset 100% of our carbon emissions and are certified by Climate Neutral. To receive this certification, we calculate our carbon emissions each year, then offset our carbon footprint by investing in climate change solutions. We have also formulated a plan with Climate Neutral to reduce our emissions in the future.
HOW WE ARE
GIVING BACK
Carbon emissions, mass consumption and water pollution are some of the major environmental impacts of the fast fashion industry. Which is why we donate $5 from each pair of jeans sold to charities that are working to heal these effects on our planet.
Currently, we are supporting Water.org to help families around the world get access to safe water and sanitation. Water.org is an international non-profit organization that has positively transformed millions of lives around the world with access to safe water and sanitation.
During our first year we supported the International Elephant Project (IEP) and their work in the conservation of Elephants. IEP is a not-for-profit organisation who support the conservation of elephants in Sumatra.
