SUSTAINABLE DENIM
Supplier: ISKO
Origin: Turkey
We source our denim from ISKO, where sustainability is at the centre of everything they do. The denim is manufactured at their mill in Turkey. It is Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified, which confirms no toxic substances are contained within the material. The denim is comprised of organic cotton certified by Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) and recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles. ISKO is also the only denim mill in the world to have been awarded with two prestigious certifications; the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel.
ORGANIC COTTON
Organic cotton is grown without the use of toxic synthetic chemicals and uses 88% less water than conventional cotton. It also reduces the exposure of farmers and their families to harsh substances both on the farm and through their food and water supplies. When you wear clothing that contains chemicals, they can be absorbed through your skin, the largest organ of the human body. The impacts of these chemicals on human health are largely untested. By choosing organic cotton, you help to reduce this exposure, having a positive impact on your health.
AUSTRALIAN MADE
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Our jeans are manufactured in a facility that is accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia. This ensures local garment workers are paid fairly, receive all their legal entitlements and have safe working conditions. Once the jeans are made, our local denim artisans use a manual brushing technique to lightly fade each pair of our jeans, giving them a ‘worn’ look, rather than the conventional method of harsh chemicals such as bleach.
VEGAN BRAND PATCH
Supplier: Panama Trimmings Srl
Origin: Italy
Our jeans are PETA-Approved Vegan, which certifies that they are made without the use of any animal products. Our Jacron brand patches are a sustainable vegan alternative to leather, made from cellulose and are Standard 100 OEKO-TEX® certified. Panama Trimmings Srl is an Italian label maker, who is focused on reducing their environmental footprint. They make all their products within their own factory, located in the Veneto region of Italy which is run on solar power, a renewable energy source.
SUSTAINABLE ZIPPERS
Supplier: YKK
Origin: Japan
YKK is dedicated to sustainability, they have implemented annual internal audits of each of their factories globally, for regular evaluations of sustainable practices. They also focus on improving all areas of the business including the management of quality, health and safety as well as environmental management.
ORGANIC COTTON TOTE BAGS
Supplier: OCC Apparel
Origin: India
Our Tote bags are PETA-Approved Vegan and are made from 100% organic cotton certified by Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). To obtain this certification, the cotton must meet specific social and environmental criteria as well as comply with toxic chemicals tests. Our tote bags are ethically manufactured solely using renewable energy including wind and solar power.

Our swing tags that come with each pair of jeans, are made from 100% recycled paper.

Our brand collateral including ‘Thank You’ notes, are printed by PrintTogether. They are a sustainability focused service and use 100% recycled paper and environmentally friendly inks and toners.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
Supplier: Noissue | PrintTogether | Hero Packaging
Origin: Australia
We hand wrap your items in recyclable, acid free tissue paper made from recycled materials and sourced from Noissue. We then seal it with a branded adhesive label printed with environmentally friendly inks and toners by PrintTogether and place them in a recyclable cardboard box, to be delivered to your door.
