This tote bag is PETA-Approved Vegan certified. People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organisation in the world. This certifies that our tote bag was made without any animal products, so it is free from materials such as leather, silk, wool and cashmere.

DISPATCH TIMES
All orders, both domestic and international, are shipped the same business day, when orders are placed before 3pm AEST and all other orders are shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Domestic delivery times for Australia Post Express service are typically 1-3 days, however due to COVID-19 delays this has been extended, please refer below for current delivery time estimates based on your location within Australia:

- Victoria: 3 – 6 days
- Australian Capital Territory: 3 – 4 days
- Tasmania: 2 – 4 days

International – Orders Outside of Australia
International delivery times typically range from 4 – 15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, however due to COVID-19 this has been extended, please refer below for current delivery time estimates based on your location: - New Zealand: 7 – 14 days
- North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 10 – 15 days
- Rest of the world: 10 – 18 days

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange, or a full refund if the returned product is in its original condition and you have a copy of your proof of purchase.
Please complete the following steps for returns or exchanges WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
1. Email us at info@keeperdenim.com with your order number.
2. We will email you a paid shipping label that you can attach to your parcel to send back to us.
3. Place tote in mail bag along with your proof of purchase.
4. Hand in to your local post office.

2. We will provide you with the address to send the package to.

For international returns and exchanges, unfortunately we do not offer free return shipping.
For both domestic and international exchanges, once we received the original item, we will then send out the new item (free shipping) and email you a tracking number.
For all refunds, once we receive the original item, you will receive a full refund back into your nominated bank account or credit card.

What packaging will you use when you ship my tote bag?
We hand wrap your items in recyclable, acid free tissue paper sourced from PaperPak and seal it with a branded adhesive label printed with environmentally friendly inks and toners by PrintTogether. They are then placed into a compostable mail bag, made from plant extracts and corn, sourced from the Hero Packaging. They are 100% biodegradable and when put in a home compost will biodegrade in approximately 180 days.
What is organic cotton?
The organic cotton crop uses a lot less water than conventional cotton and it is also grown without the use of toxic synthetic chemicals. Ensuring farmers work in safer conditions and the negative impact on the environment is reduced.
